Questions I get asked first

Do you work with our existing systems?

Yes. Nothing gets replaced unless replacing it is the cheapest path. Most of the value sits in connecting what you already pay for.

Who owns the systems afterwards?

You do, outright, with documentation and a named owner trained before I hand over. No lock-in to me or to my ventures.

What does it cost?

Build engagements are fixed scope and fixed fee, so you know the number before we start. Advisory is a monthly retainer. Training is priced per programme. The first call costs nothing, and I will give you a realistic figure for your job on that call.

Is our data safe?

Yes, and here is the detail rather than the reassurance. I work inside your own systems wherever possible, so your data does not move. Where a third party AI service is involved, I will name it, tell you where it processes data, and confirm in writing whether your content is used for training. I work to POPIA in South Africa and to GDPR where the work touches the United Kingdom or Europe.
